Rich Tu is a first-generation Filipino-American and award-winning designer based in Brooklyn, NY. He is a Partner and Executive Creative Director at Sunday Afternoon, with previous creative leadership roles at Jones Knowles Ritchie, MTV Entertainment Group, and Nike.

He is an ADC Young Guns recipient and a Paul Manship Medallion honoree, recognized for his impact on the creative industry. His Webby-nominated solo exhibit, Human Response, reflects his passion for bold ideas and emerging audiences.

Rich also hosts the Webby-honored podcast First Generation Burden, exploring diversity in the creative world, and co-founded the COLORFUL awards with The One Club to support early-career BIPOC talent.

His work has been recognized by global award shows and featured by brands such as The New York Times, Nike, A24, Adidas, American Express, Coca-Cola, and more. He has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, and Miami.
