Wendell Dalit is an art director at Sony Pictures Animation, most recently bringing his creative vision to the studio’s vibrant upcoming feature, KPop Demon Hunters.
He previously contributed his visual storytelling expertise to the Academy Award®–winning Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and its acclaimed sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, where his work helped shape two of the most celebrated animated worlds of the decade.
Since joining Sony Pictures Animation in 2014, Wendell has lent his artistry to several features, including Smurfs: The Lost Village and The Emoji Movie, steadily building a portfolio marked by range, imagination, and technical finesse.
Born in Manila and raised in San Jose, California, Wendell studied illustration at San Jose State University—kick-starting a career defined by imagination, color, and a genuine love for the craft.
