Haruko Hayakawa is a New York-based independent CG artist and creative director known for her surreal, whimsical 3D visuals that explore consumer culture and nostalgia. She creates campaign imagery for major brands and editorial outlets.
Haruko has a deep interest in the world of consumer products and the ways brands shape culture and society. Her work is characterized by a blend of commercial creativity and surrealism, often using chrome and glass elements to create imaginative product visualizations and editorial illustrations. Much of her work aims to evoke a sense of familiarity and nostalgia especially for those who connect with her Asian-American upbringing. She primarily uses Cinema 4D and Redshift for her creations.
